How are we different from other services?

Turndown exists for people who want their home to feel good again — fast— at a compelling price point.

Who supplies the cleaning products?

We do. You’re also welcome to leave out your own preferred products if you’d like us to use those instead.

How do we charge?

Simple, flat pricing per visit, based on home size and frequency. No hourly guessing. No surprise fees.

How do cancellations work?

Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Late cancellations will be charged the full fee because we will still have to pay our cleaners.

How often can you clean my home?

As often as there is availability on our calendar— currently limited.

Can I request specific items to be cleaned?

At this time we are not able to accommodate special requests. But we hope to expand in the future.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes. Our cleaners are insured, background-checked, and professionally trained.
